WE CAN MATCH BOTH ROOF AND SIDING COLORS OF YOUR HOME!!! The Garage Building Process Site Evaluation Our skilled and well experienced salesman will come to your home and conduct a site evaluation. He will go over details with you to develop the best plan necessary for your site work to begin. Some things to take into consideration are tree removal, water diversion, set backs and excavation. Our pricing allows for some if not all of these options.
Design Consultation Each garage can be built to meet your needs with a style to match your taste. During your design consultation you will pick your garage layout, window and door placement, siding type and color, and architectural shingle color. With many options available designing your ideal garage will be a snap!
Plans and Permits Issued Our engineer creates stamped blueprints specific to your design. We submit the plans and building permit application for review. Permit is issued. For sample specifications on two and three car garages please click here.
Site Work and Excavation The site is cleared. We use a minimum of 6" crushed stone and concrete is poured to engineers specifications. Some sites require more work than others which will be determined at your site evaluation. For more pictures on this stage please click here.
Garage is Built Our Amish crew arrives from Lancaster County, PA. The Garage is shipped in sections. Typical installation time is (2) days. Our Amish workers stay at a local hotel until the project is complete. For more pictures on this stage please click here.
