Each playhouse we build is hand-crafted using the the finest materials available. From
pressure-treated 4 x 4 runners to the 5/8" CDX plywood floor and #1 grade lumber.
Each starter home is solidly built to give many years of use as a playhouse or storage facility

We call our playhouses first homes because they are just that -   miniature homes. Two layers
of weather resistant paint cover 5/8" T-111 siding. Our 25 year Georgia-Pacific shingle
roof even has a ornamental chimney.  Standard homes include a side door, child size double
Dutch door, two windows, a  heart window in the Dormer, shutters and flower boxes.
