Heavy Duty Buildings with Duratemp T-111 Fir Siding

• Fir Duratemp T-111 siding on exterior

• 4" x 4" pressure treated runners

• 2" x 4" floor joists 16" on center

• 5/8" exterior plywood 10-year warranty (composite available)

• 2" x 4" wall and rafter studding on 16" centers

• choice of 1/2" plywood or 7/16" OSB roof sheathing

• Heavy 2" x 4" door frames to eliminate bowing of doors

• All framing, sheathing and shingles are fastened with nails

• 25-year warranty  (3) tab shingle

• Fifteen color options for siding and trim

Heavy Duty Building with Vinyl Siding

• Same framing specs as Heavy Duty Duratemp models

• Choice of 1/2" plywood or 7/16" OSB undervinyl sheathing

• Lifetime warranty vinyl siding

• Vinyl-coated aluminum trim

• Steel raised-panel doors

• keyed lock

• Stainless steel butt hinges to ensure no rust stains on doors

• 25-year warranty  (3) tab shingle

• Eight color options for vinyl siding

• Ten color options for vinyl trim and steel doors
