Modular Garages from $8,995 and up.

Modular Garages are a great alternative to traditional stick built built garages. They cost about half as much and can be separated and moved again so you have the convenience of taking the garage with you if you move.

You choose the colors (paint or vinyl). You layout the door and windows. We do the rest. A properly prepared site is crucial to a good installation. We can perform this service for an additional fee, price varies with each site.

We recommend a minimum of 20 tons of a crushed stone mix with stone dust, commonly called "Crusher-Run". This crushed stone mix provides an excellent base that hardens over time so your garage is less likely to shift and cause the doors and windows to stick

 or become inoperable. You can do this yourself or hire Amish Woodworks to prepare the site for you at an agreed price.

Our price includes everything except site preparation. Most (2) car modular garages require at least (20) tons of 1-1/2" minus. This is a crushed material with stone dust in the mix. It looks like dry concrete. As a matter of fact after a couple of months the material becomes hard as concrete.

There are no additional design changes available to this model.
